Weight vest

Comfortable and minimalistic weight vest, fully adjustable on top and bottom to fit everyone, made with 500D nylon coated cordura for more comfort even if used shirtless.

One pocket on the front and one pocket on the back can hold up to 20 lbs each.

It has 2 waist belt straps with the strongest velcro to keep the vest and weight in place.

Can be used with Rogue echo plates, goruck plates, bear complex plates or regular round metal barbell plates.
